Why are all the phone numbers on this web page linked to pages that don’t exist?

This website is aiming to be mobile phone friendly. Phone numbers have been hyperlinked. If you look at one of these links it shows tel://number. The tel:// instructs your browser to run a particular program. If you see blank web pages when clicking on one of these links it means your browser has not been setup to understand tel://.

Try this link if your company uses a Shoretel phone system. It describes how your computer administrator can setup tel:// links to direct from your desk phone.

What’s with this spam prevention box? Sometimes I can’t see all of the text.

Simply click the refresh button to the right of the Spam Prevention CAPTCHA text to get a new code.

I see that the addresses on this website are linked to maps on the web. Are they good for anything? I mean I can’t get them to route directions for me.

Once you have the map page up, right click. Then select ‘Drive to’ or ‘1-Click directions’. After the directions are up you may want to click on the ‘Send to mobile’ link.

Your online credit application does not work.

Frank, there was a problem with the thank you portion of the application. There was also a second problem that was related to yours (but wasn’t affecting you) which were both fixed by installing a new CFORMS version that I didn’t have in my hands until this afternoon. It should be fixed now. Thank you for your report and I am sorry it didn’t work for you the first time.

I have repeatedly tried to subscribe to your news letter and “offers” page. All goes well except that your site never returns an email allowing me to complete the registration. When I try to sign in I receive a message indicating that I need to open that email to complete the registration. It is a blind loop. Help?

Lou, the logs show you were attempting to register an email address at a non existant domain. The verification message was sent out but you never saw it because of the bad email address.

Re: Service Manager - Ken Knudson

    Dear Mr. Laws,

I wanted to just take a moment to let you know that you have a real gem in your service manager Ken Knudson. I had never used your service department before last week, but due to a reference from another party I took my Dodge 2006 dually into Timberline for a problem I had with the airflow in the heating/AC system.

Ken went out of his way to get the problem solved for me, saving me a very sizeable amount of money in the process. He provided a level of friendly customer service that I very rarely ever encounter. I might mention that I had approached Tonkin Dodge on McLauglin with the same problem and they were of no assistance at all.

I can assure you that from this point forward my service work will always be taken care of at Timberline.

I know how difficult it is for an employer to find exemplary employees in this day and age. We never know what will happen in the future, but if I were you I would do everything in my power to never let Ken get away from me. He is a tremendous asset to your company.

    Sincerely,

    Alan Hemrich
